Please collect and send the following documents:
1) Valid US Passport
You must send your valid, signed US Passport with at least 6 months of validity left and one blank visa page. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one.
2) One Passport Photo
Photo must be 2x2, color or black and white with a plain light or white background. Only front view of face acceptable.
3) Visa Application Form
Click here to access the application form. Complete form online, print, and sign. It is also important to send the application ID, in case some information on form is missing.
4) Proof of Departure
You must provide a travel itinerary or copy of your plane tickets. (Double entry visas are only approved when itinerary shows entering Russia twice in 30-day period)

Our fee is $125.00.
• For return delivery, add $30.00 for overnight shipping, or provide your FedEx account # on the Customer Info Form (see below).
• Credit card information should be entered on the Customer Info Form (see below).
• If you are paying by money order, make it payable to "Deluxe Passport Express".
6) Customer Information Form
• Complete the customer information form. Print a copy and send it along with the rest of your documents.
7) Shipping
Call 718-387-5441 to inform us that you're sending a Russian Tourist visa. Visit one of our walk-in offices, or ship the above via FedEx/UPS to Deluxe Passport Express, 57 Lee Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11211. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm EST. |
