Please collect and send the following documents:

1) Valid US Passport

You must send your valid, signed US Passport with at least 6 months of validity left and two blank visa pages. If your passport is does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one.

2) One Passport Photo

Photo must be 2x2, color or black and white with a plain light or white background. Only front view of face acceptable.

3) Visa Application Form

Download, print, fully complete and sign.

4) Letter of Employer

You must have a letter of your employer indicating purpose and dates of trip, and who is financially sponsoring the trip.

5) Invitation Letter

You must have an invitation letter from the host company in Bangladesh. The letter should include dates and purpose of your trip.

6) Fees

Consular Fee

The Consular fee is $160.00. This fee should be paid in money order only, and made payable to Embassy of Bangladesh.

Visas are generally issued in 2-3 business days. If you need it any sooner, please contact our agency at 718-387-5441.

• When paying by check/money order, make it payable to "Deluxe Passport Express".

7) Customer Information Form

• Complete customer information form. Print a copy and send it along with rest of your documents.

Call us at 718-387-5441 to inform us that you're sending a Bangladeshi Business visa. Visit one of our walk-in offices, or ship the above via FedEx/UPS to Deluxe Passport Express, 57 Lee Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11211. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm EST.
